Our Philosophy

Our senior advisors have founded university institutes, rebuilt national workforce systems, held ten Cabinet portfolios, shaped education policy at the national level, and led international programs at Harvard. They have sat in the rooms where billion-dollar decisions are made, because they were the ones making them.

There is no distance between the people our clients meet and the people who do the work. The people in the room at the start are the people in the room at the end.

We care deeply about the role universities play in Australian society. As engines of opportunity. As stewards of knowledge. As anchors of community and civic life. That conviction shapes every engagement we take on.

This is a deliberate choice. It limits the number of engagements we can take on at any time. It means we will never be a large firm. And it is the reason universities and knowledge-sector organisations trust us with their most consequential strategic decisions.
